ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Director, Product Innovation, to define, build, and scale a new customer-facing product engagement model for Core Business Workflows. This leader will work with customers to identify high-value use cases, rapidly build AI-powered solutions, and demonstrate measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing or product teams.
• Experience designing customer innovation programs and POC initiatives.
• Understanding of enterprise workflow platforms and digital transformation.
• Experience using AI to drive outcomes and product adoption.
• Proven ability to influence roadmap with Product Management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize a new product commercialization motion for Core Business Workflows.
• Build and lead a team of product and AI specialists.
• Lead proofs of value, rapid prototypes, and executive engagements.
• Define and scale the Business Value Assessment framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute customer innovation initiatives.
• Establish success metrics and operating mechanisms.
• Participate in executive briefings and strategic engagements.
• Translate customer feedback into product innovation.
• Identify repeatable patterns to scale product capabilities and GTM assets.
