Job summary

Radiant Logistics, Inc. in Renton, WA seeks a Product & Experience Lead to own product vision and end-to-end UX for its digital logistics platforms.

The role blends product and design, leveraging AI tools to produce wireframes, prototypes, and design directions, while partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams. As a senior IC and player-coach, you will define roadmaps, shape information architecture, and maintain a cohesive design system across surfaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product management and/or design with ownership of a complex product.
• Experience setting product strategy and producing hands-on design artifacts.
• Fluency with AI-assisted design tools (Figma, Claude) and directing output.
• Strong UX fundamentals: IA, interaction design, design-system thinking.
• Experience designing for internal and external users.
• Excellent written communication for asynchronous collaboration.
• Data-informed decisions; comfortable defining and reading metrics.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for the digital portfolio.
• Translate vision into roadmaps and async-ready specs.
• Own information architecture and end-to-end user experience.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and AI-assisted outputs.
• Establish and maintain a shared design system.
• Conduct discovery and validate with usage data and feedback.
• Partner with platform engineering on feasibility and delivery sequencing.
• Define and track adoption, task success, and time-to-value metrics.
• Manage stakeholders across the business.
• Perform other product-and-design tasks as assigned.
