Job summary

Radiant Logistics seeks a Product & Experience Lead to own the product vision and end-to-end user experience for its digital products in logistics and supply-chain services. This hybrid product-and-design role emphasizes AI tooling to quickly produce wireframes, prototypes, and design direction, with leadership across distributed teams.

As a senior individual contributor, you will partner with engineering, define roadmaps, and steward a coherent design system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in product management and/or product design, including ownership of the vision for a complex product.
• Ability to produce hands-on design artifacts (wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes).
• Fluency with AI-assisted design tooling and judgement to direct output toward production-ready results.
• Strong UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, and design-system thinking.
• Experience designing for multiple user types (internal and external).
• Excellent written communication for asynchronous collaboration with distributed teams.
• Data-informed decision making; comfortable defining and reading product metrics.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Define, articulate, and steward the product vision and strategy for our digital product portfolio.
• Translate vision into roadmaps, prioritized outcomes, and clear specifications for distributed teams.
• Own information architecture, interaction design, user flows, and overall quality across surfaces.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and design direction using AI-assisted tooling.
• Establish and maintain a design system and experience patterns with engineering.
• Conduct discovery and user research; validate decisions with usage data and feedback.
• Partner with platform engineering on feasibility and constraints, sequencing delivery.
• Define and track success metrics and stakeholder management.
