Job summary

Qlo is seeking a design-led product builder to own the full product experience: UX, design system, and the actual frontend, built with modern AI tooling. You’ll work side by side with a founder, in person in the US or Taiwan, shipping a data-dense product end-to-end.

This is not a 9-to-6 role. The team works long hours and moves quickly, with a real path into the founding team for the right collaborator who thrives in this pace.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on expertise with design systems and scaling them for multiple products.
• Track record of shipping fast using a design system to produce customized screens.
• Comfortable inheriting a product with legacy decisions and not redoing work.

Responsibilities

• Own the end to end product experience from user needs to shipped UI (web).
• Use the design system to craft screens for different customers, iterating on feedback.
• Audit existing UI atop the shadcn foundation, extract patterns, and converge into a system.
• Contribute product and PM judgment to decide what to build and in what order.
• Ship working frontend yourself using AI tools alongside React, TypeScript, Tailwind.
• Move fast and iterate weekly.
