Job summary

FloQast is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Designer in Los Angeles. You will define the future trajectory of the FloQast platform, shaping high-leverage problems across teams and embedding AI capabilities across the product suite.

You will lead design strategy, drive transformative AI experiences, and mentor other designers while collaborating with product and engineering leadership to define roadmaps and system standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience designing and shipping high-quality, complex SaaS or enterprise products at scale.
• World-class portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, interaction design, and visual polish.
• Proven leader in creating and shipping platform components.
• Mastery of core design tools and design systems.
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools to accelerate knowledge, quality, collaboration, and delivery.
• Expert knowledge in designing intelligent, AI-driven experiences.
• Exceptional strategic collaboration and organizational influencing skills.
• Lead and inform organizational strategy through rigorous research.

Responsibilities
