Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI-enabled product design across multiple platforms (web, mobile) from discovery to launch.
• Define and evolve cross-portfolio design systems and patterns for consistency and accessibility.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering to translate complex initiatives into human-centered design solutions.
• Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
• Communicate design rationale and impact to executives to drive strategic decisions.
