Job summary

Allocate is seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager to join our AI-native product organization. You will sit at the center of product, engineering, design, and leadership to remove blockers and accelerate decisions, delivering faster without sacrificing quality.

In this remote role, you’ll act as a force multiplier, moving ideas from concept to shipped product, collaborating with distributed teams across time zones and ensuring continuous delivery of high-impact features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field; equivalent experience helpful.
• Experience shipping real products in fast-moving startup environments.
• Strong ownership, decision-making, and ability to operate across product, engineering, design and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate delivery by compressing feedback loops between prototyping, client input, and production.
• Keep multiple parallel workstreams moving without bottlenecks or bureaucracy.
• Identify blockers for makers and remove them same day.
• Provide leadership with clear signals: shipped work, risks, and decisions needed.
