Job summary

Koch Technology is seeking a Product Analyst Intern to join a cross-functional team developing AI-enabled digital solutions for enterprise technology at Koch. The 12-week program runs from late May to early August 2027, offering exposure to AI, low-code platforms, workflow automation, and SaaS delivery.

You will work with product managers, analysts, and technology professionals to learn how opportunities are identified, tested, and delivered, while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program relevant to MIS, CS, Business Analytics, IT, or related technical field.
• Experience using AI-assisted, analytical, or digital tools in coursework, projects, internships, or work.
• Familiarity with scripting, data analysis, APIs, low-code development, automation, or AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes with product team to identify opportunities for value through technology.
• Shadow stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities before proposing solutions.
• Assist design, configuration, testing, and enhancement of enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Help define business value, success metrics, adoption considerations, and trade-offs for improvements.
• Explore AI-enabled solutions and automation opportunities to improve employee experience and outcomes.
• Perform testing, validation, and QA to support product delivery.
• Collaborate with Koch stakeholders to understand challenges and propose solutions.
• Use data and problem solving to identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
