Job summary

Koch is seeking Summer 2027 Business Systems Analyst and Product Analyst Interns in Tulsa, OK to work with business and technology teams to translate needs into solutions. You will analyze processes, support technology initiatives, create documentation and dashboards, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

This 12-week program runs from late May to early August 2027, offering hands-on learning and exposure to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree in Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related technical field with at least one semester or term remaining after the internship
• Eligible for full-time work by August 2028
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and the ability to leverage AI responsibly to support research, analysis, problem-solving and productivity
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa transfer or visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements
• Support technology projects from discovery through implementation
• Create process maps, user stories, requirements documentation, and presentations
• Collaborate with software developers, project teams, and business users to support solution delivery
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development using business intelligence tools.
• Participate in testing activities, issue identification, and solution validation
• Help evaluate new tools, technologies, and process improvements
• Develop insights and recommendations that help create value for customers and the business
• Work closely with software developers, project managers, and quality assurance teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Present findings and project results to stakeholders and leadership teams
