Qualifications

• Eligible for full-time employment no later than Summer 2028.
• Enrolled in a business degree program such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Agribusiness, Management, or Entrepreneurship or related fields.
• Able to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Planning, forecasting, and analytical activities that support our operating facility's major business decisions and overall financial health.
• Analyze operating costs of manufacturing processes. Build trend analysis to depict expected spend versus actual spend. Recommend optimization points of view.
• Actively participate in business planning meetings, working team interactions, and profitability review sessions.
• Collaborate with mentors to define and manage tasks to complete multiple analytic, data-driven projects.
• Use the decision-making framework to identify optimal alternatives to address emerging opportunities for the business you support.
