Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Agribusiness, Management, or Entrepreneurship).
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with data tools and a willingness to learn new analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, forecasting, and analytical activities supporting major manufacturing decisions.
Analyze operating costs and build trend analyses to compare spend vs. actuals.
Participate in business planning meetings and cross-functional team discussions.
Collaborate with mentors to complete multiple analytics projects with data-driven impact.
Utilize analytics tools to support decision-making and opportunity identification.
