Job summary

Koch Technology is seeking a Product Analyst to join our Global Enterprise Service Management team in the United States. This role partners with stakeholders to translate business problems into clear actions, defines value, and owns solutions from discovery through adoption, using AI-assisted tools to accelerate learning and delivery while maintaining quality and governance.

Location options include in-office roles in Atlanta, GA, Wichita, KS, or Plano, TX, with a flexible stance on hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a problem from discovery through implementation and improvement.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to produce work and validate outputs.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable requirements and backlog items.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to learn new domains.
• Experience building or maintaining API-based integrations.
• Experience working across business analysis, solution development, and stakeholder advising.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand problems, outcomes, and constraints, translating them into actionable work.
• Define business value, success metrics, risks, and trade-offs for proposed improvements.
• Own solutions from discovery through prototyping, development, testing, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Lead validation and user acceptance activities, participate in code reviews, ensure security and governance.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and create AI agents, workflows, and automations.
• Build and maintain enterprise SaaS configurations and API-based integrations.
• Analyze data, run experiments, identify gaps, validate assumptions, measure outcomes, recommend improvements.
• Challenge unnecessary complexity and enable sustainable, measurable results.
