Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in similar context and positions.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in budget and resource management.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and technological enablers (Data, AI, Cloud, predictive analytics).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile).
• Fluent speaking and writing English.
• Potential backgrounds: Chief Enterprise Architect, Senior Data Scientist, ICT Program Director, or other senior ICT strategy roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process analysis and ICT architecture design.
• Define and propose architecture to drive convergence and simplification across Stellantis Purchasing & Supply Chain.
• Lead transformation journey, integrating AI, data analytics, and automation to unlock business value.
• Engage with Business and ICT stakeholders and lead large cross-functional teams.
