Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a leader for the PDT AI Solutions Program Team to advance AI adoption across Product Development and Technology. The role focuses on improving efficiency, speed, inventiveness, and quality by delivering AI-based tools and turnkey applications, with a strong emphasis on production-grade, scalable, and trustworthy AI solutions.

You will own problem discovery, PRD creation, and portfolio leadership, coordinating with Solution Architects and Project Managers while guiding

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 2 in a similar role.
Strong ability to document requirements, PRDs, metrics and scope.
Excellent spoken and written communication; translate vague expectations into measurable success.
Proven leadership in successful projects.

Responsibilities

Research problems across PDT to identify AI opportunities.
Prioritize AI projects using a portfolio database with benefits, resources, risks.
Create PRDs detailing problem context, goals, metrics, features, and non-functional requirements.
Lead a team with a Solution Architect and Project Manager; start and manage projects.
Represent portfolio to the Program Director and strategize team approaches.
Contribute to setting team strategy and processes.
