Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology planning, governance, program management, or a related area.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and organize monthly executive-level governance meetings.
• Prepare agendas and align with governance priorities.
• Plan alignment and readiness of topics prior to milestones.
• Confirm and update milestones and budget funding before approvals.
• Document meeting minutes for VP/SVP level funding releases.
• Create OKRs and track organizational progress.
• Develop scalable governance processes, tools, and templates.
• Coordinate with planners and support teams across time zones.
• Support governance structure and steering committee activities.
• Build relationships with technical leaders, finance, and governance stakeholders.
• Provide training and support for governance planning activities.
