Job summary

Trulioo is seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement & AI Intelligence Automation Lead to drive enterprise process optimisation and intelligent automation initiatives. The role sits in the Transformation Office and balances strategic roadmap ownership with hands‑on execution.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, automation leadership, or transformation roles.
• Demonstrated success leading process redesign and measurable performance improvement initiatives.
• Proven hands-on experience with automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Celonis, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation and emerging intelligent automation technologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and automation lifecycle practices.
• Experience working in high-growth technology, SaaS, fintech, or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide continuous improvement initiatives across functions including Operations, Customer Success, Compliance, Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
• Map current‑state processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and scalability constraints.
• Redesign and standardise workflows to improve cycle time, quality, cost efficiency, and compliance.
• Define and track KPIs and dashboards for sustained performance improvements.
• Oversee multiple automation initiatives from discovery through deployment and governance.
