Reporting to leadership, this role partners with Operations, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, Finance and HR to automate administrative processes, reduce handoffs, and accelerate growth through AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in business process optimization, software development, or automation.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and platforms.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs, cloud services, and LLMs.
• Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with on-premises deployment/maintenance of LLM.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with operations, sales and finance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Finance.
• Gather requirements and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Define, design, develop, deliver, and support automated business processes.
• Establish and maintain secure private AI/LLM platforms (on‑premises).
• Develop AI knowledge systems using internal data while ensuring security.
