Qualifications

• Identify customers' technical and business requirements during the pre-sales process.
• Assist in creating solution demos and professional presentations.
• Support proposal activities and coordinate with sales, account management, and marketing.
• May engage in project delivery for new industries/regions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales in qualifying prospects.
• Attend meetings to gather technical and business requirements for demos.
• Deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
• Configure Centric solutions to fit client needs.
• Prepare SOWs and response docs for RFI/RFPs.
• Ensure clear understanding of technology requirements and support delivery teams.
• Demonstrate Centric solutions to varied audiences.
