Job summary

Amazon is seeking an AI-native Product Manager - Technical (Builder) for the Ring Core App to own core customer experiences and drive AI-enabled features. You will leverage AI throughout the product lifecycle—from data analysis to prototyping—and set standards that scale across the team.

You will partner with engineering, data science, UX, and operations to ship from concept to launch, writing PRDs and success metrics to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of customer-facing product development and product management.
• Experience using LLMs and AI tools for data analysis or prototyping.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for core Ring app features, defining vision and priorities.
• Define and deliver AI/ML-powered features that enhance intelligence and personalization.
• Use AI-native tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and validation.
• Identify friction points in core journeys and drive solutions from data insights.
• Collaborate across engineering, data science, UX design, and operations to ship features.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specs.
• Monitor engagement and safety metrics to inform prioritization and measure success.
