Job summary

Ring in the United States is seeking an AI-native Product Manager - Technical (Builder) to own and drive core customer experiences that make neighborhoods safer.   • Write clear product requirements documents, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Analyze customer behavior, engagement metrics, and safety outcomes to inform prioritization and measure feature success.

We are seeking an AI-native Product Manager - Technical (Builder) to own and drive core customer experiences that make neighborhoods safer. In this role, you will leverage AI tools and approaches throughout your product workflow — from automated data analysis and feature validation to prototyping and accelerating engineering delivery. You will set the AI-native systems and standards that other Builders across the Core App team adopt.

We own the features and workflows that turn Ring hardware into a complete home and neighborhood safety system — making it effortless for customers to monitor, respond, and stay connected to what matters the most for them.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience working with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions
  • Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
  • Demonstrated experience using LLMs and AI tools for data analysis, process improvement, strategy definition, or prototyping
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
