Job summary

Amazon Ring is seeking an AI-native Product Manager - Technical (Builder) to own core customer experiences that make neighborhoods safer. You will leverage AI tools and data analysis to validate features and accelerate delivery, setting AI-native standards adopted by the Core Ring App team.

You will collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and operations to ship features from concept to launch, write requirements, and measure impact on safety outcomes and user engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions.
• Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of customer-facing product development and management, including launching and optimizing product experiences.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for data analysis, process improvement, or prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for core Ring app features, defining vision and priorities.
• Define and deliver AI/ML-powered features to make the Ring experience proactive and personalized.
• Leverage AI-native tools to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, and validation.
• Identify friction points in core customer journeys and drive solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, UX, and operations to ship features from concept to launch.
• Write clear product requirements documents, user stories, and technical specs.
• Analyze customer behavior and engagement to inform prioritization and measure success.
