MSCI Inc. seeks a product manager for Private Assets focused on Sustainability & Climate (S&C) solutions.

You will help deliver AI-enabled platform solutions for institutional investors and managers, spanning discovery to live product enhancements across physical, transition, nature and emerging risks. You will work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate client needs, market insights, and data capabilities into shipped products in an AI-first environment, with exposure to

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in an S&C product management role
• Experience in financial services, private markets, AI, and S&C
• Deep understanding in physical risk, transition risk or nature risk
• Experience with business/financial analysis, data analysis, process mapping and specification writing
• Knowledge of AI tools to prototype and solution
• Detail-oriented with strong execution mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, CAIA preferred)
• Growth-minded, curious, and innovative

Responsabilidades

• Lead ideation, discovery and execution of new S&C products in private markets with AI grounding
• Drive S&C solutions in private markets for data management, risk segments, or derived data products
• Support business case development via market due diligence and competitive analysis
• Design pricing models and assist sales campaign planning and execution
• Coordinate go-to-market efforts and develop client-facing collateral and documentation
• Analyze product usage data to uncover client needs and risks
• Prepare reports for MSCI’s senior management reviews
• Support strategic client opportunities from a product perspective
• Build deep knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
