Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, is expanding its Infrastructure team within Platform Engineering. You will design, build, and evolve our cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) as code using Terraform, and develop CI/CD pipelines with guardrails to ensure safe agentic releases.

You’ll manage multi-region Kubernetes clusters and maintain Helm charts while strengthening observability and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, cloud infra, or software engineering.
• AI-forward: every build adheres to AI-native standards.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Proficient with Kubernetes in production.
• Experience with Docker and containerized apps.
• Observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting experience.
• Excellent collaboration and clear communication about platform trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve cloud infrastructure on AWS via Terraform.
• Create CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) with safe guardrails by default.
• Manage and scale multi-region Kubernetes clusters.
• Maintain Helm charts and deployment workflows.
• Strengthen observability and alerting; feed signals to AI remediation.
• Harden infrastructure security, scanning, and policy-as-code.
• Collaborate closely with product engineering to support infra needs.
• Enable developers to deploy services independently.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
