Job summary
Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking a Platform Enablement Engineer to design and implement AI-enabled platform solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable, secure workflows and integrations using ServiceNow, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI.
You will collaborate with architecture, security, data, and business teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering, data analytics, CS, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in platform administration, solution delivery, or related areas.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Fabric, Databricks, APIs, or integration tools.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and identify platform/AI opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, and implement platform and AI-enabled solutions end-to-end.
- Build solutions using ServiceNow, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Azure AI.
- Apply security controls, governance, data handling, and support practices.
- Collaborate across architecture, platform, security, data, and business teams.
- Support intake, discovery, effort estimation, and implementation planning.
- Coordinate adoption, change readiness, training, and governance checkpoints.
- Prepare solution docs, specs, test plans, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in Responsible AI and privacy reviews; address requirements before deployment.
- Monitor performance, adoption, and technical debt; drive continuous improvements.
