Job summary

Novartis Cambridge, MA seeks a PK Sciences leader to drive AI-enabled strategies for clinical pharmacology across the organization. Lead AI use cases to accelerate PK/PD analyses and dosing recommendations, integrating insights into study design and regulatory documents.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Pharm.D. with clinical pharmacology, DMPK or PK/PD background.
• 8–10 years in drug discovery or development, global teams preferred.
• Experience leading AI strategy and cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy for clinical pharmacology within PKS and implement AI use cases.
• Collaborate with Drug Disposition, M&S and clinical teams to inform study design.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions for PK/PD analyses and dosing strategies.
• Prepare regulatory submissions sections and responses with PK input.
• Represent PK Sciences in projects and liaise with regulatory agencies as needed.
