Job summary

Translucent AI Inc. in New York City is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for Pharmacy & Supply Chain to bring expert judgment on contract pricing, tier compliance, and 340B integrity into our AI-enabled financial platform.

You will work with engineering, product, and design to shape AI systems; develop benchmarks, datasets, and workflows; and partner with customer delivery to align pricing and value-analysis cycles with technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hospital pharmacy operations or equivalent.
• Experience with contract pricing and spend management.
• Proficiency with ERP and materials systems.
• Ability to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver subject matter expertise in pharmacy economics to support AI product development.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to define AI systems for pharmacy workflows.
• Build benchmarks and datasets to evaluate models against real-world sourcing and pharmacy tasks.
• Partner with customer delivery to translate complex financial requirements into technical solutions.
