Pinterest is seeking a designer for the Paid Performance Marketing team to shape how we display ads across social and digital touchpoints. You’ll concept, collaborate, and execute on a broad range of creative briefs with the Marketing team, crafting scalable design solutions and a strong brand narrative.

You’ll work with copywriters, motion designers, producers, and marketers to drive impact, iterate with feedback, and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows while delivering pixel-perfect assets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Strong design craft across static and motion assets with attention to detail.
• Ability to articulate concepts and present work to stakeholders.
• Fluent in visual storytelling and brand-aligned design decisions.
• Comfort with AI tools to augment workflows and output.

• Create high-impact, globally recognized creative solutions that drive the business forward.
• Iterate quickly and communicate ideas across various levels of fidelity, with the ability to receive feedback constructively as well as provide feedback to others.
• Single-handedly develop pixel-perfect graphic assets.
• Be a source of inspiration for the House of Creative by collaborating with copywriters, motion designers, producers, and marketers to shepherd the brand forward.
• Present and articulate the thinking behind your work to key stakeholders, creative directors and team members.
• Craft compelling visual stories, using key insights to sell in visual concepts and make our message as powerful and influential as possible.
• Leverage all available AI tools to assist and optimize your existing workflow—from prompt engineering for static and motion assets to generating AI VO and AI music.
