DataAnnotation is hiring for a Private Equity Associate to evaluate AI-built LBO models and perform diligence. You’ll assess return drivers and downside, then write clear judgments that train models to underwrite private-market deals with a partner-ready view.

We value fluency in LBO mechanics, strong written English, and experience in private equity or related diligence. This is a project-based, remote role with flexible hours and weekly payouts.

Qualifications

• Experience in private equity, growth equity, or transaction diligence.
• Fluency with LBO modeling and the mechanics of leveraged deals.
• Clear written English.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite AI-built LBOs: entry/exit multiples, debt schedule, and return bridge explaining the IRR.
• Test the diligence: management projections, market claims, and downside case the model skipped.
• Write the investment-committee answer when the model falls short, with returns and risks a partner would sign.
