Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work and relevant academic experience.
• Deep understanding of PCB material characterization methods.
• Experience with VNA-based S-parameter measurement, TRL/TDR calibration, and de-embedding workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate simulation methodologies for correlation with measurements.
• Generate PCB material models across user-defined environmental conditions.
• Support product teams in adopting improved correlation methodologies.

Skills

Hands-on experience with EM simulation vendor tools

Expertise in AI/ML methodologies

Good understanding of Electromagnetics

Experience with scripting languages

Education
