Qualifications

• BS degree and 10+ years of industry experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or C++.
• Strong background in object-oriented programming and software architecture design.
• Experience with data storage systems, schema design, and database architecture.
• Knowledge of event-driven programming and system-level simulation frameworks.
• Experience developing web applications (Flask, React) and frontend UI design.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, packaging, and deployment (Docker/Cloud).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain tools, frameworks, and simulation environments within the platform to support analog design workflows.
• Design and implement software components for the platform's simulation engine, integrating multiple simulators for analog/mixed-signal IP development.
• Design and manage data storage architecture with schemas, models, and access layers for scale.
• Develop web-based interfaces and visualization tools to improve designer productivity and workflow transparency.
• Partner with design teams to gather requirements, triage issues, and prioritize platform feature development.
• Drive platform deployment and onboarding across design teams, including documentation and training.
