Zirtual is seeking a highly organized Professional Liability Paralegal to support a high-volume practice with AI-enabled workflows. This remote, 1099 contractor role requires hands-on experience using AI tools in a legal setting and the ability to deploy AI solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

You will manage attorney email, draft correspondence, coordinate calendars and deadlines, and help with settlement documentation while staying aligned with client needs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Understanding of responsible and effective AI use in legal work.

Responsibilities

• Manage attorney email communications and assist with client communication.
• Draft clear, professional correspondence.
• Provide case management support for a high-volume caseload.
• Maintain calendars and track deadlines, milestones, and follow-up items.
• Assist with settlement-related processes and documentation.
• Organize and manage case information and documentation.
• Help keep matters moving forward through proactive follow-up and case coordination.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency, organization, drafting, research, and other legal workflows.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into existing processes.
• Deploy and utilize AI tools independently as part of the day-to-day workflow.
• Adapt to new AI technologies and systems as the practice continues to evolve.
