Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a strategic Principal PMT to lead an AI-driven packaging optimization ecosystem. You will manage a cross-functional team of software developers, data scientists, and robotics engineers to translate logistics telemetry into a one-click optimization journey for global selling partners.
You will own architecture, drive the product roadmap, and align with partner teams across Fulfillment Tech & Robotics to enable scalable packaging solutions and payment-free
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
Responsibilities
- Own the Architecture & Vision: Drive the end-to-end product strategy, technical roadmap, and PRD/BRD definitions for the Seller-facing packaging platform.
- Lead Multi-Agent AI Integration: Build and scale multimodal agentic systems for faster SIPP adoption.
- Drive Cross-Org Alignment: Build cross-org packaging strategy with partner teams.
- Systemic Supply Chain Optimization: Oversee integration of CRISP model for cube reduction and Box-Packing Recommendations.
- Scale the Future: Drive go-to-market strategy for sellers and integration with providers.
