Job summary

Amazon in Atlanta/Tempe is seeking a Senior Program Manager for ROC Tech and Operations Integration to own end-to-end, cross-functional programs focused on AI-driven automation across the Relay Operations Center.

You will prototype AI-assisted workflows, partner with engineering and legal teams to scale solutions, and develop KPI reporting to quantify automation impact and improvements across multiple teams and geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Master's degree or above in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing.
• Experience in transportation or supply chain within a high-volume logistics environment.
• Experience in data analysis and basic understanding of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional, tech and automation-related programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations
• Identify, prototype, and scale AI-assisted automation solutions using GenAI/LLM tooling and AI workflow builders, validate them against real operational use cases, and partner with engineering teams to productionize
• Lead scoping for cross-team AI opportunities, including evaluating external solutions for ROC applicability and assessing how ROC-built tools can scale to other teams and business units
• Partner with engineering, legal, and security stakeholders to ensure AI solutions minimize risk through reliable performance and standardized integration with the existing tech stack
• Work with various stakeholders to identify goals, roadblocks, gaps, and solutions, with a bias toward automation-first solution design
• Develop KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to milestones and performance across all projects, including quantified automation impact
