Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional, tech and automation programs with impact across multiple organizations.
• Prototype and scale AI-assisted automation solutions using GenAI/LLM tools and AI workflow builders.
• Partner with engineering, legal, and security to minimize risk and ensure standardized integration.
