Faraday Future is seeking new graduates to join as AI Operations specialists in El Segundo, CA. You will embed with cross-functional teams to automate processes, build AI-driven tools, and ship dashboards using no‑code/low‑code platforms and APIs.

This role emphasizes rapid learning, ownership, and real-world AI implementation across operations. You will work hands-on with Python, APIs, and AI agents, design repeatable workflows, and contribute to content generation and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI tools via projects, internships, coursework, or personal builds.
• Proficient programming with APIs and data handling.
• Able to work 100% onsite in El Segundo, CA and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and rapid iteration skills.
• Interest in applying AI to transform operations end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to optimize daily operational workflows.
• Design and ship AI-driven solutions with scripts, APIs, and no-code tools.
• Build internal tools, automations, dashboards, and LL-driven reports.
• Support content generation, data analysis, and reporting with AI.
• Track performance of AI-driven workflows and iterate enhancements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Business teams to remove bottlenecks using AI.
• Create clear documentation, playbooks, and best practices for reusable workflows.
