Job summary

Espire Infolabs in the United States is seeking an experienced software engineer for Product Engineering with strong C# and .NET skills. You will design, build, and maintain features across the product codebase while improving AI-assisted development workflows.

You will also own CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, participate in the full SDLC, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality software at pace.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on software engineering in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including production-grade apps and APIs.
• Solid experience with Azure DevOps for pipelines, repos, boards, and artifacts in day-to-day development.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools within a .NET/Visual Studio workflow in real projects.
• Understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals and structuring prompts/workflows for consistent AI output.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling for code generation, AI-assisted testing, and automated documentation.
• Experience with modern SDLC practices on Azure DevOps (Agile/Scrum boards, branching, PR reviews).
• Strong focus on software quality: correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features across the product codebase using C# and .NET.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, work item tracking, and release processes with Azure DevOps.
• Participate in the full SDLC: requirements refinement, design, implementation, testing, code review, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into working software.
• Own the quality, performance, and maintainability of the code and systems you build.
• Evaluate, adopt, and champion AI-assisted development tools to speed up engineering work.
