RapidScale is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead discovery, architect hybrid and multi-cloud solutions, and coordinate with sales and cloud specialists. You will design secure, compliant architectures and present technical options to clients, guiding them from discovery through deployment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, staying ahead on cloud and AI advancements, and translating technology into business outcomes for diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Public cloud certification required or equivalent hands-on cloud architecture experience.
• Experience translating customer needs into cloud and infrastructure solutions.
• Proven ability to work with a sales team and drive outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery engagements to uncover business goals and drivers.
• Design hybrid and multi-cloud architectures aligned to security and compliance.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and cloud specialists during engagement.
• Present solutions and manage scope definitions in RFP processes.
• Design security architectures including MDR, IAM, SIEM/SOAR, and more.
• Educate clients and teams on current and future-state capabilities.
