MegaStar Financial Corp. is seeking an experienced Corporate Loan Processor Specialist to join our operations team.

You will review loan files, analyze borrower documentation, and prepare complete, well-structured submissions for underwriting to move loans efficiently from processing through closing. We value accuracy, communication, and the use of technology-driven workflows, including AI-enabled tools that improve loan quality and borrower experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with an Independent Mortgage Bank (IMB) preferred.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage process from processing through closing.
• Familiarity with Automated Underwriting Systems (e.g., DU/LPA).
• Knowledge of conventional loan guidelines; government/jumbo experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review residential mortgage loan files for completeness, accuracy, and readiness for underwriting.
• Analyze income, assets, credit, liabilities, and property information to identify documentation needs.
• Prepare and submit complete, well-organized loan files to underwriting.
• Resolve underwriting conditions and outstanding documentation.
