The role covers entertainment, sports, and media, with exposure to cultural trends, social listening, and AI-enabled tooling. You will collaborate across teams to deliver compelling reports and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, statistics, economics, or a related field required; master’s degree a plus.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in market research, consumer insights, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Nielsen, Luminate, Tubular, Chartmetric, Power BI or similar tools; strong analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear narratives and insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in entertainment, sports, media and popular culture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with AI fluency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance of television, film and digital content, and talent across platforms.
• Research and assess consumer behavior, audience preferences, and engagement trends.
• Monitor cultural trends and shifts to identify insights and opportunities.
• Conduct social media research to evaluate audience engagement and sentiment.
• Convert quantitative and qualitative research into actionable insights and presentations.
• Support development of research reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with WME Insights team on ongoing projects and ad hoc requests.
