You will design and refine fluency-focused math content, using AI tools to accelerate mastery and automaticity. You will analyze student data, identify fluency barriers, and redesign progressions, explanations, and assessments to ensure clarity, rigor, and alignment with learning science.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years in math instruction or curriculum design with focus on fluency and automaticity.
• Strong knowledge of K-12 math content and standards.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance educational outcomes.
• Ability to analyze student data to uncover fluency barriers and refine curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Identify recurring deficits in math fluency, speed, and accuracy from data and samples.
• Redesign practice progressions, explanations, and interventions using AI.
• Refine questions, explanations, distractors, rubrics, and assessments to reveal misconceptions.
• Review AI-generated materials for mathematical accuracy and grade-appropriateness.
• Collaborate with educators to ensure alignment with learning science framework.
