Job summary

Con Forms is seeking a seasoned Master Scheduler in Port Washington, WI, to own the planning and scheduling lifecycle. You will balance customer demand, capacity, and material availability, driving data‑driven decisions in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

Under Supply Chain Leadership, you will lead ERP planning, forecast inputs, and SIOP‑related activities, leveraging AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Five years of planning, scheduling, supply chain, or ERP‑intensive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong forecasting, inventory management, capacity planning, and production scheduling knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to use data, analytics, automation, and AI tools to improve business performance.
• APICS/ASCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the master production schedule and planning process.
• Utilize AI, automation, reporting, and analytical tools to improve planning productivity.
• Analyze and develop inventory and planning strategies for families of parts, including forecasting and replenishment.
• Develop and maintain planning dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for demand, capacity, inventory, and schedule performance.
• Release and manage manufacturing jobs to support customer demand and production priorities.
