Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressively technical IT or Marketing Technology experience.
• Experience designing or providing technical direction for enterprise technology solutions.
• Hands-on AI/ML in enterprise contexts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into architecture and designs.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination with experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction through the solution lifecycle from planning to implementation.
• Shape technology roadmaps and evaluate integration approaches.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML within the marketing technology ecosystem.
• Communicate risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to stakeholders across the business and tech teams.
