XTIVIA, located in Brentwood, TN, is seeking an IT Solution Architect focused on Marketing Technologies to guide the technology supporting customer engagement in a large retail environment.

You will partner with business and technical teams to define architectures, roadmaps, and integration approaches, applying AI/ML to personalization and analytics while ensuring secure, scalable solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive technical experience in IT/Marketing Technology or related field.
• Experience designing or providing technical direction for enterprise tech solutions.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML within enterprise solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical designs.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps and long-term tech strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction throughout the solution lifecycle from planning to implementation.
• Shape technology roadmaps and evaluate integration approaches across marketing tech ecosystems.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and well integrated across the broader enterprise.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML for personalization, engagement, automation, and analytics.
