Job summary

LCS is offering a 12-week Market Research Internship from May through August, a full-time, 40-hour program. Interns will work on real projects, collaborate with leaders across departments, and present their outcomes to the senior leadership team at the end.

You'll gain broad exposure to the organization, participate in professional development and networking, and receive a competitive hourly rate of 22.50 per hour. A post-offer background check and equal opportunity employer notice are included.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree in Market Research, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or related.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a mission-driven organization
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week program

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real projects that will be implemented within the organization
• Collaborate with leaders and team members across departments
• Participate in professional development and networking opportunities
• Present your project and summer experience to the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the internship
• Gain a broad understanding of our industry and operations through mentorship, training, and shadowing opportunities
• Point of sale survey processes – post-visit and move-in survey management
• Assist with questionnaire/survey development and research projects
