Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in platform management with marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with customer data platforms for segmentation, analysis and activation.
• Proven ability to shape AI use-cases in marketing and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage core marketing platforms, user management, training and documentation.
• Triage marketing operations helpdesk tickets and develop new workflows.
• Report on key systems and programs to show performance and ROI.
• Lead AI adoption with training, playbooks, and reusable agents.
• Establish scalable, repeatable processes across marketing technology.
