Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years in marketing, project coordination, or operations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with cross-team coordination.
• Proficiency in Monday.com, Sprout Social, Adobe CC/Express, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing workflow from intake to launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional approvals and timelines.
• Administer Monday.com boards, dashboards, and reports.
• Identify AI-driven workflow improvements to boost capacity.
• Produce marketing collateral and coordinate vendors.
• Support ESL marketing and event materials coordination.
