Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of hands-on digital marketing, marketing operations, or outbound marketing execution.
• Experience managing email campaigns (cold and warm), drip sequences, and list segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute C2R’s digital marketing strategy in coordination with senior leadership.
• Generate new ideas for campaigns, outreach angles, content themes, lead sources, and market positioning.
• Translate lending strategy and market views into actionable marketing campaigns.
• Identify target audiences, channels, and deal-source segments to test.
• Build monthly and quarterly marketing calendars across email, LinkedIn, and website content.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for qualified deal flow.
• Manage cold and warm email campaigns using platforms like Instantly, Apollo.
• Maintain segmented drip campaigns for brokers, bankers, sponsors, developers, attorneys, accountants, lenders, and title firms.
• Write and test campaign copy, subject lines, CTAs, and follow-ups.
• Use market data and lending criteria to support outbound campaigns.
• Monitor deliverability, bounces, unsubscribes, and domain performance.
• Coordinate handoffs to nurture engaged prospects and track outcomes.
