Quantic School of Business and Technology is seeking an entry-level Marketing Manager to bridge Marketing and Admissions. You will support direct response marketing, reporting, QA, CRM maintenance, and ad hoc projects to keep both teams moving.

You should be fluent with Claude, ChatGPT, and similar AI tools, using them to draft, analyze, QA, and automate tasks. This role emphasizes learning and tooling proficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 0–2 years of work experience.
• Daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools.
• Strong writing and editing abilities.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and data: formulas, pivot tables, basic charts.

Responsibilities

• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports across ad platforms and campaigns.
• QA ads, emails, and landing pages before launch.
• Maintain CRM and scheduling tools; build and update campaign assets.
