Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years in global operations, manufacturing, quality, or related environments.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional transformation.
- Strong understanding of life sciences manufacturing processes and systems, including OT environments.
- Solid understanding of applied AI, agentic AI, and automation capabilities (LLMs, automation).
- Technical fluency to lead across AI engineering, automation development, and low-code platforms.
Responsibilities
- Identify AI and automation opportunities and shape an actionable demand pipeline.
- Lead intake, scoping, sprint planning, and delivery to ensure scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and platform owners to ensure governance, security, and compliance.
- Design and deliver training to accelerate AI literacy and adoption across operations.
- Track adoption, measure business impact, and report value realization to leadership.
