Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations, HR, and EHS to align on LP priorities and ensure consistent execution of safety and shrink programs.
• Oversee site security measures, including supervision of contract security staff and adherence to protocols.
• Promote a facility-wide culture of shrink awareness and protect inventory and fan experience.
• Monitor behavior; report anomalies to maintain a safe environment and protect assets.
• Assist with investigations, use CCTV and data tools to identify risks and improve processes.
• Support cross-site LP projects and respond to seasonal priorities with data-driven approaches.
